The Hyde Street Seafood House & Raw Bar has been a San Francisco establishment since 1985. Inspired by the beautiful Bay we call home, the restaurant decor is reminiscent of a ship's cabin. Nautical map lined walls, wood plank benches, and romantic dimmed lanterns were chosen in the spirit of the freshest seafood that is at the very core of our cuisine.    

We specialize in the French technique of cooking in parchment paper that seals in the juices of fish and vegetables showcasing all the natural flavors.
